Gastronomical demonstration of high quality fish and seafood products in Seoul, South Korea, this September
Peixos de Palamós has increased its volume of distribution and export of high quality Mediterranean seafood to South Korea. To achieve this, the rapidity of shipments has been key in order for the product to maintain its freshness and quality: within 24 hours the product is already at the destination airport.
From the beginning, Peixos de Palamós has worked with the best chefs, such as Santi Santamaría, Ferran Adrià or Pierre Gagnaire. In South Korea, the company maintains the same philosophy in order to know the characteristics of the local market and which products and techniques are most appropriate, such as red Mediterranean prawn or different types of carpaccio.
Peixos de Palamós acts as an importing and distributor company of gastronomic products in South Korea. Next September a sample of high quality gastronomic products will be held in Seoul with the collaboration of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South Korea.
