High quality product

High quality product

We offer you a seasonal purchase advice service. So we advise you which are the best times of the year to invest in certain products, with the possibility of extending the service, in a customized production, controlled through production records and shared with you whenever you need it, so that you are aware of the quantities, costs, volumes and wastage.

Product from national origin

We collaborate with ship-owners who fish shrimp, carabinero and octopus. The result of this work allows us to obtain priority in the selection of the product, a recent raw material with a clear advantage for the customer between the expected value and the gross value.

Transformed product without the use of artificial additives

We offer you not only the product you need, but also the way you need it. We will make a tailor-made product for you. Portion, whole fillet, without bones or "Pin Bones" up to an infinity of possibilities, adapting the product to multiple possibilities that result in labor savings, which will help to better manage the cost of your dishes.

Individual traceability in each unit of fish

We apply a quality protocol that identifies and examines each unit of fish from 100gr of weight. Thus we can always differentiate the traceability of each individual, which you will find indicated with a barcode, along with the identifier number and the concept of the article. This barcode is associated with an internal database that details, through a map of relationships, from the point of origin of the goods, to the point of delivery.
