Peixos de Palamós is one of the suppliers of Sabor, a new project by Nieves Barragán
In the new project of Nieves Barragán you can share the dining room with the chefs in the restaurant on the ground floor if you choose a changing daily menu of fresh fish prepared by the fish market of Sabor, along with regional dishes from all over Spain, including those of the Basque Country and Catalonia. Peixos de Palamós Palamós shrimp, hake, squid, calamari or prawns to put just a few examples.

Nieves Barragán grew up in Bilbao, learning from a very young age on the producing and culinary regions. He moved to London in 1998, starting in Simply Nico's kitchen, before joining the Restaurant Harts Group in 2003. In 2007, Nieves became the executive chef of the group before the launch of the first Barrafina restaurant in the London Frith Street. As an executive chef of Barrafina for ten years, Nieves oversaw the launch of two new Barrafina restaurants (Adelaide Street / Drury Lane) and in 2014 he won a Michelin Star.
