Sabor by Nieves Barragán's kitchen uses raw material from Peixos de Palamós.

In the new project of Nieves Barragán you can share the dining room with the chefs in the restaurant on the ground floor if you choose a changing daily menu of fresh fish prepared by the fish market of Sabor, along with regional dishes from all over Spain, including those of the Basque Country and Catalonia.
